We are looking for the following for our co-production with Nicholas Hennegan Limited for a limited tour from April 2010, with a possible West End run in the Autumn.
Male actor (playing age between 30 and 45) to play a BBC Dresser in Colin Bennett's HANCOCK'S FINEST HOUR, a three-hander set in the 1950s about the comic Tony Hancock. During the course of the play the Dresser assumes other roles representing the men in Hancock's life and career.

Fundraiser/Commercial Film Project Manager. (Part time Freelance)
We are planning to produce a filmed Heritage project in a well known area of London, with a view to creating a DVD and website based on memories of those living and working in the area.
We are looking for someone who can bring a degree of commercial/fundraising expertise to the project to be a core member and compliment our new part time freelance team of TV producer, editor, writer and director.
Your involvement will also be freelance, but key in raising a modest amount of finance and you will share in that. If the project works, we have plans to roll out a national project and seek a broadcast partner. As with all Maverick projects, we would love to hear from anyone, regardless of race, qualifications, orientation or background. Freelance/part-time fundraiser.
We are looking for a FREELANCE OR PART-TIME FUNDRAISER. You will help raise money to deliver our new writing touring programme and our new 'Academy' youth projects. You can work from home in Birmingham or London. Some expenses are available but remuneration will be from a percentage of funds raised. HENRY V - LION OF ENGLAND.
After a very successful Spring 08 theatre tour we are considering creating a version to tour to schools during 2010.
SCHOOLS TOUR BOOKER. Enthusiasm and an organised mind are more important than experience, although that helps too. We are looking initially at offering our award-winning 'Henry V - Lion of England' to UK schools. A small fee is available, plus a percentage. Henry will be our first education tour and thereafter this may become a regular event. Contact nick@mavericktheatre.co.uk.

INTERNS - We are not currently seeking any Interns.
Although fundamentally against no or low-pay, we understand the benefits of work experience and so in association with Nicholas Hennegan Limited, we may be taking Interns part time, in Birmingham and London in Spring 2010. They will help with all elements of theatre production and administration on the following basis -
Interns are not paid, but will receive expenses
Must be over 16
Prepared to work as part of the full time team
Interns in Stage Management, Light and Sound design and technical operations during production times.
Interns in General Theatre Administration, tour booking, project management and fundraising always considered.
Hours will be arranged individually
