New Training Courses from Maverick.

Creative Theatre Producers Workshops.

Saturday 20th March 2010 - R.A.D.A., Gower Street, London.

         After the success of the first workshop at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, Maverick are proud to announce further chances to take part in the workshop 'An Introduction to Creative Producing'. 
         This unique seminar is for anyone, amateur or professional, actor, writer or director who has ever thought about making theatre and/or becoming a Producer. It will look at everything needed to put on a show or start a production or theatre company.  See HERE for further details.

The Maverick Youth Academy is starting new sessions for young, aspiring actors from ages 14+ in Birmingham and London interested in learning about performance and working towards LAMDA qualifications. See HERE for details.

In brief: the Maverick Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company launched by the Lord Mayor of Birmingham in 1994 to attract new audiences to the arts.  It has been responsible for providing outstanding and accessible theatre ever since. We presented productions mainly at the Billesley Pub in Birmingham. We now tour nationally and internationally and we are developing workshops and sessions that will help other creatives.
